A Health Alert, Not a Suggestion

AQI 201–300 is a health alert — risk of rapid symptom onset is real for everyone, not just sensitive groups.

Avoid prolonged outdoor activity. Use cleaner indoor air spaces with sealed windows and filtration. Postpone outdoor events and strenuous exercise. If you must go outside, an N95 mask is essential. People with asthma or heart disease should contact their care provider if symptoms worsen. Check the Detection Map hourly; conditions can shift fast.
